The blade is hand-forged from high carbon steel sourced from the Longquan region, internationally known for its sword-making heritage.

A full manual forging process is employed, followed by precise heat treatment.

A groove (bo-hi) is added to reduce weight and improve handling, while careful hand polishing reveals subtle wave-like surface patterns along the cutting edge.

【Design & Mountings】

The katana is fitted with a silver-plated Rising Dragon tsuba, a symbol of power, ascension, and battlefield authority.

The dragon motif enhances both the visual presence and traditional symbolism of the sword.

【Handle & Saya】

The handle core is made from natural hardwood and wrapped with an anti-slip cord, ensuring a secure and stable grip during handling.

The saya is crafted from natural wood and finished with a smoke-inspired, smoldered-style coating, evoking the atmosphere of ancient war beacons and rising battlefield smoke.
