These Terms of Service set forth the conditions for use of the website and related services (the “Services”) provided by SAMURAI Katana for sale (hereinafter referred to as “the Shop”).
Customers (hereinafter referred to as “Users”) agree to use the Services in accordance with these Terms.
1. Scope of Application
These Terms apply to all services provided by the Shop, including browsing the website, member registration, ordering and purchasing products, responding to inquiries, and any other services offered by the Shop.
2. Membership Registration and Account
- ・Users must provide truthful, accurate, and up-to-date information when registering.
- ・Users are responsible for managing their passwords.
If any unauthorized use by a third party is suspected, Users must promptly notify the Shop.
3. Age Restriction
The Services are intended for individuals aged 20 years or older.
The Shop may request identification documents for age verification when necessary.
4. Product Purchases(Including the Positioning of the Seller and Personal Importation)
- ・The Shop operates as an e-commerce platform that introduces overseas lifestyle products and provides procedural support for personal imports.
The seller of the products is an overseas business operator. The Shop is responsible for providing information, order support, and website operation within Japan. - ・All purchases made by Users are handled as personal imports for personal use.
- ・Prices displayed on product pages include tax.
Shipping fees and handling charges are displayed during the checkout process. - ・If customs duties, consumption tax, customs clearance fees, or other charges arise in connection with importation, such costs shall be borne by the User.
- ・Payments are processed through third-party payment service providers.
Users must also comply with the terms and conditions of each payment provider.
5. Shipping Fees, Delivery, and Delivery Timing
- ・Shipping methods, shipping fees, and estimated shipping schedules are displayed on the cart screen or information pages.
- ・The products are generally shipped directly from an overseas warehousewithin 3 to 5 business days.
- ・Delivery may be delayed due to customs clearance procedures, weather conditions, or transportation circumstances.
6. Returns and Cancellations
- ・Due to the nature of the products, returns after opening are not accepted.
Returns, exchanges, or cancellations due to User convenience are not accepted. - ・In the case of initial defects or incorrect shipments, Users must contact the Shop within 3 days of receiving the product.
After confirmation, the Shop will respond with a replacement or refund.(Please note that support may not be available depending on the condition of the product, missing accessories, or failure to provide prior notice.) - ・Cancellations may not be accepted once shipping preparation has begun.
7. Coupons and Referral Programs
- ・Coupons are subject to conditions such as expiration dates, usage limits, eligibility for combination with other offers, and applicable products.
- ・When using referral programs, Users must comply with separately defined operational rules and anti-fraud policies.
8. Prohibited Activities
The following acts are prohibited:

- ・The Shop shall not be liable, to the extent permitted by law, for damages incurred by Users due to importation- or delivery-related matters, including customs inspections or seizures, assessment of customs duties or consumption tax, delivery delays, or damage or loss during transportation.
- ・Product taste and sensory experience may vary among individuals.
Descriptions are for reference only and do not guarantee medical or therapeutic effects. - ・The Shop shall not be responsible for disputes between Users and overseas sellers, including non-performance, defects, or warranty-related issues.
However, the Shop will make reasonable efforts to provide information and facilitate communication for smooth resolution.
11. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Japan.
In the event of any dispute arising in connection with the Services, the court having jurisdiction over the location of the Shop shall have exclusive jurisdiction as the court of first instance.
12. Changes to the Terms
The Shop may revise these Terms as necessary.
In the event of material changes, notice will be provided on the Shop’s website, and such changes shall take effect upon posting.
If a User continues to use the Services after the revised Terms are posted, the User shall be deemed to have agreed to the revised Terms.
